Abela and Spiteri take the senior bowling titles
Sue Abela and Mark Spiteri topped Malta’s 50+ senior championship at SuperBowl. Across 24 games, Spiteri finished with 5,069 pins and a 211.2 average, while Abela claimed the women’s title with 4,664 pins and a 194.3 average.
Both champions have represented Malta internationally. The Malta Bowling Association lists Abela as a two-time European champion and Spiteri as a 2019 world senior bronze medallist and national coach.
